Job Title: Call Center Manager – Healthcare Accounts (Build From Scratch, Full-Time, US Company)
Salary: $1,500–$2,200/month USD (depending on experience) + 13th month pay + HMO after 90 days + internet allowance + performance bonus
Hours: Full-time, 40 hrs/week; significant US-hours overlap required during the setup phase (we'll agree on a sustainable schedule)
We're a US-based organization providing quality healthcare and housing to help our clients thrive. We're standing up a new remote call center team supporting our healthcare operations, and we're hiring the person who will build it: recruit the agents, set up the systems, write the playbook, and then run it day to day. This is a builder role first and a manager role second — if you've launched or scaled a healthcare account before, you know exactly what this job is.
What you'll do:
? Build the team: define staffing plan, recruit, interview, and hire agents (initial team of 5, growing to 10–15)
? Set up operations: select and configure the phone system/dialer, CRM, ticketing, QA scorecards, and workforce scheduling
? Write the playbook: call scripts, SOPs, escalation paths, and training curriculum — including HIPAA-aware handling of patient information
? Run daily administration: scheduling, attendance, coaching, QA reviews, and performance management
? Own the numbers: report weekly on KPIs (answer rate, AHT, CSAT, abandonment, schedule adherence) with improvement plans
? Coordinate with our US leadership on volume forecasting, hours of coverage, and compliance requirements
What we're looking for:
? 5+ years BPO/call center experience with at least 2 years as a team leader or operations manager on a US healthcare account (patient scheduling, member services, insurance verification, provider support, or similar)
? Proven hiring experience — you've recruited and onboarded agents yourself, not just inherited a team
? Hands-on setup experience with call center platforms (RingCentral, Five9, Genesys, Dialpad, or similar) and CRMs
? Working knowledge of HIPAA requirements for handling protected health information (certification a plus — we'll sponsor training)
? Excellent English and calm, structured leadership under pressure
How to apply:
Apply directly through this job post with your resume, expected salary, the size of the largest team you've hired and managed, and 3–4 sentences on a healthcare account you supported and what you owned.
IMPORTANT: make "Stethoscope" the first word of your application so we know you read the full post. Shortlisted candidates complete a paid exercise ($40): a one-page 90-day launch plan outline for a small healthcare support team.
