Summary
Expert Sales Closer Virtual Assistant

Location: Remote
Hours: Full Time (30-40 hours/week to start)

Pay: Starting at $5.00-$6.00 USD/hour + Performance Bonuses + Commissions

We are looking for an energetic, personable, and results-driven Sales Virtual Assistant who loves talking to people, can confidently close sales, and wants to grow with our company.

What You'll Do:

Answer inbound phone calls from potential customers.
Call leads who have requested cleaning quotes.
Follow up on estimates and convert them into booked appointments.
Respond to Facebook, Google, email, and website inquiries.
Schedule appointments using our booking software.
Maintain accurate customer notes and follow-up reminders.
Build rapport with customers and confidently overcome objections.
Represent Texas Coast Cleaning with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Required Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

Fluent English with a neutral or very slight accent.
3+ years proven sales closing experience (required).
Experience with inbound and outbound phone sales.
Outstanding customer service skills.
Confidence handling objections and asking for the sale.
Excellent written English.
Strong computer skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Reliable high-speed internet.
Quiet home office for taking calls.
Professional headset and webcam.

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

Cleaning companies
Home services
Appointment setting
Customer service
BookingKoala or similar scheduling software
CRM software

Facebook Messenger
Google Voice

Starting Pay:

$5.00 USD/hour plus Performance Bonuses:
