We are a fast-growing DTC makeup brand looking for a Klaviyo Technician who actually understands the platform, not just someone who builds flows and campaigns from templates.

This is NOT a template-building or copy-paste role.
We are not looking for someone who only drags and drops inside pre-made flows.

We need someone who understands:
• Domain authentication and deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
• Shopify-Klaviyo integration and event/property syncing
• Flow logic, conditional splits, and segmentation, not just visuals
• Diagnosing and fixing sync, tracking, and deliverability issues
• List hygiene and compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
• Turning Figma email designs into fully built, working Klaviyo emails

The goal is simple: we want someone technical enough that we never need to hire an outside Klaviyo expert to fix something under the hood.

This is a long-term remote role.

Responsibilities
• Own the technical side of our Klaviyo account: integrations, domain setup, deliverability, custom properties and events
• Build and maintain flows and segmentation logic
• Take email designs from Figma and build them into fully functioning Klaviyo emails, pixel accurate and mobile responsive
• Diagnose and fix sync, tracking, and deliverability issues as they come up
• Keep our list clean and compliant
• Work with our designer and copywriter so campaigns go out without technical blockers
• Document fixes and setup so the team isn't dependent on one person

Requirements
• Proven experience managing Klaviyo at a technical level, not just building emails inside it
• Strong understanding of email deliverability and authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
• Experience with Shopify + Klaviyo integration
• Comfortable building emails in Klaviyo directly from Figma files, matching the design exactly
• Comfortable troubleshooting sync, tracking, and event issues
• Ability to follow instructions precisely
• Good internet connection
• Long-term mindset

• Experience with beauty or cosmetics brands
• Experience auditing or migrating a Klaviyo account from scratch
• Understanding of how Shopify, Klaviyo, and other tools (ad platforms, review apps) connect together
• A habit of documenting setup so the team isn't dependent on one person
