We're looking for a detail-oriented, creative Virtual Assistant to support our email and SMS marketing efforts. You'll be responsible for designing high-converting, aesthetically polished emails, running structured A/B tests across flows and campaigns, and keeping our creative fresh and performance-driven. This is a great fit for someone who lives at the intersection of design and direct-response marketing — you care as much about open rates and CTR as you do about clean layouts and on-brand visuals.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Designing high-converting, on-brand, aesthetically pleasing marketing emails (campaigns + flows)
A/B testing subject lines, layouts, CTAs, and automations to improve performance
Writing and sending SMS marketing messages
Testing new creative concepts (images, layouts, copy angles) to keep campaigns fresh
Collaborating on strategy for upcoming sends and seasonal promotions
What We're Looking For
Proven experience designing email campaigns in platforms like Klaviyo, REDO, or similar
Strong graphic design skills (Figma, Photoshop, Canva, or similar)
Understanding of email marketing best practices and conversion principles
Experience with SMS marketing platforms (Postscript, Attentive, or similar) a plus
Comfortable working independently and hitting deadlines
Portfolio or work samples required
