JOB OVERVIEW

Elevate Clean Pro is a residential and commercial cleaning company serving the Greater Sacramento area in California.

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing and GoHighLevel Specialist who can build and manage our complete customer-acquisition system from the ground up.

Our main goal is not simply generating cheap leads. We need someone who can generate qualified leads, properly follow up with them, and convert them into actual booked cleaning jobs.

Main responsibilities
Build and manage Google Search Ads campaigns from scratch
Build and manage Meta/Facebook/Instagram Ads campaigns
Perform keyword, competitor, audience, and offer research
Write ad copy and create testing strategies
Build landing pages and lead forms in GoHighLevel
Create CRM pipelines and opportunity stages
Build automated SMS and email follow-up workflows
Set up calendars, appointment reminders, and missed-call text-back
Connect Google and Meta leads into GoHighLevel
Connect calls, forms, landing pages, and booking systems
Set up GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and call tracking
Implement offline conversion tracking when possible
Track leads from click ? inquiry ? qualified lead ? booked job ? customer
Optimize campaigns based on lead quality, bookings, customer acquisition cost, and revenue
Provide clear weekly performance reports
Create or assist with basic ad creatives, flyers, and short-form video content
Required experience
Strong hands-on Google Ads experience
Strong Meta Ads experience
Strong GoHighLevel experience
Experience building campaigns and CRM systems from scratch
Experience with local service or home-service businesses
Experience with conversion tracking and lead attribution
Ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems
Clear written and spoken English
