JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking for a resourceful, organized Virtual Assistant to help with research and coordination for an RV rental project. The goal: maximize the value of the RV while minimizing my time.

This starts with a small paid research test so I can see how you work. Strong performers continue with the ongoing project — real long-term potential here.

Paid test (about 1 hour): Research the best places to advertise an RV for rent to a festival/Burning Man audience. Give me your top 5–7 marketplaces for each: name, website, audience, listing cost, and why you'd recommend it. I want to see research quality, judgment, and clear communication.

Ongoing role includes: rental pricing research, finding reliable local service providers, building a simple lead-tracking system, and coordinating listings and inquiries.

I value initiative, resourcefulness, clear communication, and people who take ownership without being told.

To apply, tell me briefly: (1) one place you'd list an RV for rent and why, and (2) a time you researched or coordinated something unfamiliar and figured it out. Please don't send a generic template; specific answers get shortlisted for the paid test.
