JOB OVERVIEW

Super Boost Credit Repair is looking for a highly motivated Lead Engagement Specialist to join our growing team.
Your primary responsibility is to communicate with new leads and prospects throughout the day using GoHighLevel (GHL) to help convert them into paying clients.
This is NOT a cold-calling position. You will be communicating with people who have already expressed interest in our services through Facebook, Instagram, our website, referrals, or other marketing campaigns.
If you enjoy talking with people, following up consistently, and helping clients begin their credit repair journey, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Respond to new leads as quickly as possible.
Follow up with prospects throughout the day using GoHighLevel.
Send SMS messages, emails, and chat responses.
Make outbound follow-up calls when appropriate.
Move leads through the correct pipeline stages in GoHighLevel.
Schedule consultations with our sales team.
Update notes after every conversation.
Keep conversations organized and ensure no lead is forgotten.
Re-engage older leads who have not yet signed up.
Maintain professional communication at all times.

What Success Looks Like
Our goal is to ensure that every lead receives prompt, professional follow-up and that no potential client slips through the cracks.
You will be responsible for maintaining daily communication with prospects until they either:
Enroll in our program,
Request to stop being contacted, or
Become inactive after multiple follow-up attempts.
