JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking for a marketing-savvy VA who combines real knowledge of SEO, AEO (answer engine optimization), and current digital marketing trends with the discipline to execute repetitive-but-important admin work at high volume without dropping the ball.

This is NOT a strategy-only role and NOT a mindless data entry role - it's both. One day you might research and apply to 200 affiliate offers following my criteria; another day you're doing keyword/competitor research, optimizing content for AI search engines, or organizing campaign data in spreadsheets.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- High-volume execution tasks: applying to affiliate programs/offers, submitting listings, outreach, directory submissions — accurately, at scale, with tracking
- SEO & AEO work: keyword research, on-page optimization, optimizing content to be cited by ChatGPT/Perplexity/Google AI Overviews
- Stay on top of marketing trends (AI search, short-form content, affiliate marketing) and flag opportunities
- Admin support: spreadsheet management, data entry, research, documenting processes as you go
- Report progress clearly: what got done, what's blocked, what numbers moved

YOU'RE A FIT IF

- 2+ years in digital marketing, SEO, or affiliate marketing (VA experience a plus)
- You know what AEO is (or can learn fast) and follow marketing trends because you enjoy it
- You're genuinely detail-oriented: repetitive tasks get done completely and accurately, every time
- Comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel, and tools like Ahrefs/Semrush/similar (or quick to learn)
- Excellent written English - you'll fill out forms and write short copy on my behalf
- Self-managing: you track your own work and don't need daily reminders

DETAILS
- Part-time to start (20 hrs/week), clear path to full-time for a strong performer
- Rate: $350–$400/month part-time to start; full-time path at $600–$800/month
- Flexible hours, some overlap with EST (UTC-5) preferred
- Long-term role with growing responsibility
