ABOUT US
18 Wheeler Media LLC is a small, growing media company built by a solo founder — a full-time long-haul truck driver who produces the "Trucker Nightmares" YouTube channel and three sister brands from the road. We run an AI-assisted production factory: real road footage as the spine, generative tools (Higgsfield, Adobe Firefly, Kling/Veo-class video models, ElevenLabs) filling the atmosphere around it, structured by templates and brand specs. We need the person who speaks to these machines fluently — the prompt engineer who turns a script beat into an on-brand shot on the first generation, not the fifth.
WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
- Turn script beats and shot lists into finished generative assets: cinematic B-roll, atmosphere shots, scene stills, style-locked imagery across four distinct brand looks
- Build and maintain our PROMPT LIBRARY: documented, reusable, versioned prompts per brand, per shot type, per model — so wins are repeatable, not luck
- Solve consistency: recurring locations, continuity between shots, brand palette adherence, style locks across a whole episode
- Choose the right model for the job (image vs video, quality vs cost) and keep generation spend disciplined — hit rate matters, credits are money
- QC your own output against the brand spec; label everything AI-generated per our standards
- Work inside the pipeline: your assets feed editors downstream, so naming, foldering, and delivery discipline count as much as the pixels
- Stay current: models change monthly; you test, benchmark, and tell us when to switch
MUST-HAVES
- Real, demonstrated experience with generative image/video tools — Midjourney, Firefly, Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora-class, or similar (name what you actually use)
- A portfolio of AI-generated work WITH the prompts that made it — we hire the prompt chain, not just the pretty result
- Understanding of cinematic language: shot types, lensing, lighting, mood — you're generating film frames, not wallpapers
- Systematic and documented: your prompts are written down, versioned, and reusable by others
- Strong written English; async-reliable; flags problems early instead of going quiet
NICE-TO-HAVES
- ElevenLabs or other AI audio experience
- ComfyUI / API-level generation workflows, or light scripting for batch generation
- Photoshop for cleanup/compositing of generated frames
- You've worked inside a YouTube or video production pipeline before
HOURS & COMMUNICATION
- Full-time preferred; strong part-time considered
- Async-friendly by design: the founder drives a truck for a living. Written briefs in, finished assets and written status out. Weekly written check-in.
PAY
PHP 45,000–70,000/month full-time, based on demonstrated skill — show us a strong prompt library and hit rate and we'll pay for it. There is a paid trial task before hire — real brief, real assets, paid whether or not you're hired.
HOW TO APPLY
