JOB OVERVIEW

I am hiring a part-time remote Commercial Salesperson to help me grow my pressure washing and exterior cleaning business.

My business provides services such as pressure washing, soft washing, window cleaning, solar panel cleaning, and line striping.

This role is a good fit for someone who has experience with outbound sales, cold calling, follow-ups, and closing deals with business clients.

You will help me reach out to commercial prospects such as property managers, apartment communities, HOAs, industrial properties, and business owners.

You will be responsible for finding leads, making calls, following up with prospects, tracking conversations in my CRM, and helping close new commercial accounts.

I am looking for someone who is confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers. This is not just an appointment-setting role. I need someone who is comfortable asking for the sale and helping move prospects toward a signed agreement.

Experience selling to property managers, contractors, HOAs, commercial accounts, or local businesses is a strong advantage.

You should be organized, comfortable with rejection, and able to follow up consistently without needing constant reminders.

This is a part-time remote role for around 20 hours per week. The schedule should overlap with Central Time business hours.

This may not be the right fit if you only have customer support experience, if you have never done outbound sales, or if you are not comfortable closing deals.
