About the Role
This is more than a traditional virtual assistant position.
We are looking for someone with a strong foundation in fitness, movement, and human anatomy who can confidently learn, apply, and assess professional stretching and exercise techniques.
Your goal will be to become highly knowledgeable in our training systems and use that expertise to support our teams, clients, and locations remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and become proficient in StretchMed stretching protocols and GISFW workout programs
- Review submitted videos to assess form, technique, timing, and overall execution
- Provide clear, practical, and professional feedback on stretches and exercises
- Support tea
- Help create, improve, and organize stretching routines, workouts, and training resources
- Maintain consistent coaching and quality standards across all locations
- Identify areas where technique, programming, or instruction can be improved
Requirements
- Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, or a related field, OR a recognized personal training certification such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or similar
- Strong knowledge of mobility, flexibility, range of motion, exercise technique, and body mechanics
- Comfortable reviewing and evaluating movement through video
- Able to explain corrections clearly and professionally
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and open to feedback
- Comfortable learning new systems and following established training standards
- Willing to make use of a time tracker
- Amenable to being in a Zoom breakout room during the shift.
