We’re Hiring: Graphic Designer (Entry-Mid Level)

Remote Position – Office Location - Burlington, ON, Canada

Impactus is looking for an entry-mid-level Graphic Designer to join our Content Marketing Team. You’ll help create graphics and visual content that support conferences, podcasts, devotionals, and ministry initiatives that equip men to grow as godly leaders.
This role is perfect for someone early in their career who’s eager to learn, collaborate, and use their creativity in a faith-based, purpose-driven environment.

The person filling this role must have a heart to reach men with the Gospel and be able to agree with the ministry's Vision, Mission, and Statement of Faith.

What You’ll Do
Graphic Design
- Design print and digital assets that support Impactus ministries, including annual reports and other ministry projects:
- Daily devotional graphics
- Conference branding and promotional materials
- Study guides and workshop workbooks
- Social media and podcast graphics
- Quarterly Direct Mail campaigns

Team & Ministry Collaboration
• Contribute creative input and feedback as part of the Content Marketing Team
• Support updates to the Impactus website and email communications
• Assist with additional creative projects as ministry needs evolve

• Experience with graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools)

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Alignment with Impactus’ Christian mission and values
