JOB OVERVIEW

I own a life insurance agency and am looking for an experienced GoHighLevel expert to help me optimize and expand my existing GoHighLevel system.

I already have the Lead to Client GoHighLevel build installed, so I'm not looking for someone to build a CRM from scratch. Instead, I need someone who can improve what's already there, customize it for my business, create new automations, and help me get the most out of the platform.

One of my biggest goals is to automate as much of my business as possible while also learning how everything works so I can confidently manage and improve it over time.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll help improve and expand my current GoHighLevel setup by:

Reviewing my existing workflows and making recommendations
Optimizing my CRM and pipeline structure
Building new workflows and automations
Setting up email drip campaigns
Setting up SMS drip campaigns
Creating automated lead nurturing campaigns
Building client retention campaigns
Creating appointment booking and reminder automations
Rebooking missed appointments
Client reactivation campaigns
Review request campaigns
Referral campaigns
Annual policy review reminders
Internal notification workflows
Contact segmentation and tagging
Smart Lists and organization
Workflow troubleshooting and optimization
Calendar integrations
Forms, surveys, and funnels as needed

Email & SMS Marketing

I want to build automated campaigns that keep in touch with both prospects and existing clients.

Examples include:

Welcome sequences
New client onboarding
Annual policy review reminders
Cross-sell and upsell campaigns
Referral requests
Birthday and holiday messages
Educational email series
Appointment follow-up
No-show sequences
Long-term nurture campaigns
Re-engagement campaigns
Training & Coaching

A major part of this role is helping me learn GoHighLevel.

I'm looking for someone who enjoys teaching—not just building.

As we work together, I'd like you to explain:

How to edit and troubleshoot automations

How I can confidently make future changes on my own

Think of this role as both an implementation specialist and a GoHighLevel coach.

Ideal Candidate

You should have:

Extensive GoHighLevel experience
Experience optimizing existing GoHighLevel accounts
Strong workflow automation skills
CRM organization experience

Email and SMS marketing experience
Pipeline management experience
Calendar setup experience
Landing page and funnel experience
