The job is to move landlords through a simple onboarding sequence and not let anyone fall out of it.

When a landlord verbally agrees to list, send them the signup link right away while the call is still fresh.
Track who has actually signed up. When someone agrees but has not completed it after a few days, call them back. Most of them are not avoiding us, they are just busy.
On that call, offer to do it for them. We can build the listing from details we find online, or from a link to wherever they currently advertise. All we need back is confirmation that the unit is available, that the rent is current, and an

Who we are looking for:
Clear, comfortable spoken English. You will be on the phone with American property managers. Sounding natural and confident matters more than sounding American.
Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, lead generation, or real estate support is a strong advantage.
Persistent without being pushy. Our approach is friendly and low pressure.
Comfortable with spreadsheets, web research, and AI.
Reliable internet and a quiet place to take calls.
Someone who wants to grow with the company. We are early and we are moving quickly. If this works well, there is real room to take on a larger role as we expand, including more responsibility over the outreach process itself and eventually helping train the people who come after you. We would rather find one person we can build around than cycle through short term help.
Schedule:
25 hours per week. ~20 of those are calling, Monday through Thursday, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM US Central Time. That window is fixed because it is when American property managers answer the phone. The remaining 5 hours are prospecting,
The calling block is a night shift in the Philippines. The US observes daylight saving time and the Philippines does not, so your local hours shift by an hour twice a year. Through the end of October the window is roughly 11:00 PM to 4:00 AM your time. From November through March it is midnight to 5:00 AM. Please only apply if you can sustain this.
Pay:
$5.00 USD per hour, paid twice monthly.
We start with a two week paid trial at 20 hours per week. Week one is paid training with our operations lead on the company, the outreach process, and the objections you will hear most often. You will be logging hours.
How to apply:
Start your application with the word RENT so we know you read this post. Then answer three things:
1. Describe a role where you called businesses in the United States. What were you calling about, and roughly how many calls per day?
2. Attach a voice recording of 30 to 60 seconds introducing yourself as if you were calling a landlord for the first time about listing their apartment.
3. Do you have any previous experience in sales? In English?
We reply to everyone who follows these instructions.
