JOB OVERVIEW

We are Pilabarre, a fast-growing women’s fitness ecommerce brand selling premium Pilates grip socks and studio accessories.

We are looking for a top-level TikTok Shop expert to fully manage and grow our TikTok Shop channel. This is not a basic VA role. We need someone who deeply understands TikTok Shop operations, affiliate marketing, creator outreach, TikTok ads, customer experience, account health, product listings, promotions, and daily marketplace management.

We will handle the content creation and provide product videos, creative assets, brand direction, and offers. Your job will be to run the TikTok Shop side of the business and turn it into a serious sales channel.

Responsibilities:

* Manage TikTok Shop day-to-day
* Monitor and improve account health
* Handle TikTok Shop customer service and order/refund issues
* Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, vouchers, bundles, and campaigns
* Build and manage the affiliate/creator program
* Recruit relevant creators and affiliates in the Pilates, fitness, wellness, fashion, and lifestyle niches
* Communicate with creators and track samples, content, and performance
* Help plan TikTok Shop sales strategy without relying only on heavy discounts
* Manage TikTok Shop ads / GMV Max / Shop Ads if experienced
* Monitor GMV, conversion rate, affiliate performance, refunds, violations, penalties, and shop score
* Create weekly reports with clear action items
* Identify issues before they become account health problems

Requirements:

* Proven TikTok Shop experience
* Experience growing TikTok Shop sales for an ecommerce brand
* Strong understanding of TikTok Shop Seller Center
* Experience with affiliates, creators, samples, campaigns, and TikTok Shop promotions
* Strong written English
* Detail-oriented and proactive
* Able to own the channel without needing constant direction
* Comfortable working with a fast-growing brand

Bonus experience:

* Women’s fashion, beauty, fitness, wellness, or lifestyle ecommerce
* Shopify
* TikTok Shop Ads / GMV Max
* Affiliate outreach
* Customer support
* Marketplace operations
