JOB OVERVIEW

AdsRonin is a performance marketing agency that manages paid advertising for high-ticket, lead generation, ecommerce, and local service businesses, including clients scaling past $1M/month. We run and test funnels across a wide range of industries, and we're hiring an experienced web developer to design and build the landing pages, funnels, and websites that power those campaigns.

POSITION SUMMARY
We manage multiple clients across very different niches, so we need someone who can design in many different styles — not just one look. One week you might be building a sleek, high-converting page for a high-ticket coaching offer, the next a clean local-service site, the next an ecommerce funnel. You'll work closely with our media buying and creative teams to turn offers and ad angles into pages that convert.

This is a per-project, on-call role rather than a full-time position. We send work as it comes up — often on short notice — and pay per job. The ideal candidate can take a brief and turn around a polished, conversion-focused build quickly, then iterate fast as we test and optimize. Because work can come in on short notice, we need someone who is generally reachable and responsive during US business hours (roughly 7am–4pm US time).

RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and build landing pages, sales funnels, and websites across a wide range of niches and visual styles
Turn campaign briefs, offers, and ad angles into high-converting, on-brand pages
Deliver builds on fast turnaround timelines to support ongoing funnel testing
Rapidly iterate on existing pages based on performance data and team feedback
Ensure all pages are mobile-responsive, fast-loading, and properly set up for tracking
Set up and connect forms, integrations, and basic automations within the chosen platform
Maintain consistency, quality, and attention to detail across multiple concurrent client builds
Collaborate with media buyers and the creative team to align design with campaign goals

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience building landing pages, funnels, and websites, with a portfolio demonstrating a range of different design styles across niches
- Strong proficiency with common no-code website and funnel builders, such as WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, HeyFlow, and similar tools
- Ability to work quickly and deliver high-quality builds on tight, fast-paced timelines
- Strong design sense with a focus on conversion — layout, hierarchy, and clean, modern aesthetics
- Solid understanding of mobile-responsive design and page performance best practices
- Well-rounded general web development skills and the ability to handle the technical setup around a site, including registering and connecting domains, setting up new subdomains, configuring DNS records, connecting hosting, and setting up SSL/redirects
- Excellent written English and clear, proactive communication
- Ability to follow briefs precisely and work independently in a remote environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience working with a digital marketing or performance advertising agency
- Experience building pages specifically for paid traffic and A/B testing funnels
- Familiarity with tracking and analytics setup (pixels, GTM, conversion tracking)
- Basic HTML/CSS for custom tweaks when a builder falls short
- Experience integrating tools like CRMs, email platforms, and payment/scheduling systems
- Comfort managing tasks in project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Monday)

COMPENSATION & DETAILS
This is a per-project role — you're paid per job, not a fixed salary or full-time wage. Rates are agreed per build based on scope, and we're happy to pay more for developers who consistently deliver high-quality work fast. This is an ongoing, on-call relationship: the more reliable and fast you are, the more work we send your way.

Pay: Per job, based on scope and complexity
Availability: Generally reachable during US business hours, roughly 6am–6pm US time
Work Location: Remote
