About us
Our company is a Snowflake-native data platform for the wealth management industry. We work with RIAs, broker-dealers, family offices, and TAMPs to centralize every system they run on — custodians, CRMs, portfolio accounting, planning tools, billing — into a single data foundation with an AI layer on top called Navigator.

Our clients come to us with data scattered across a dozen platforms and no way to answer basic questions about their own business. We fix that. Then we build the dashboards, workflows, and reporting that let them actually run on it.

The Role

Deployment Engineers are the people who turn a client's wish list into a working system.

You will sit between what a client says they want and what actually gets built. On a given day that might mean mapping a firm's custodian accounts to their CRM households, building a compliance reporting view, designing an RMD dashboard, or standing up an entire operating system for a new client from a blank slate. You will be in Claude Code for most of it.

The work compounds. Every mapping you solve, every dashboard pattern you design, every gnarly data problem you untangle becomes reusable across the next twenty clients. The engineers who do this well become the most valuable people in the company within a year.

What you'll do
Build client-facing dashboards, metrics, and data views on top of Snowflake
Write and optimize SQL against large, messy, multi-source financial datasets
Use Claude Code as your primary build environment — agentic workflows, MCP tools, iterative development
Translate vague client requests into concrete technical specs, then build them
Map and reconcile data across custodial, CRM, portfolio accounting, and planning systems
Own implementations end to end: kickoff, build, QA, client walkthrough, iteration
Document patterns so the next deployment goes faster than the last one

Requirements
Hands-on Claude Code experience is required. Not "I've used ChatGPT" — actual daily work in Claude Code or a comparable agentic coding environment. Be ready to describe what you've built with it.
Strong SQL. You can write complex joins, window functions, and CTEs without looking them up.
Snowflake experience is heavily favored. Dynamic tables, views, tasks, warehouse management.
Prior implementation or solutions engineering experience on a platform like ServiceNow, Shopify, WordPress/WooCommerce, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar — you've configured systems for clients before, not just written code in isolation
Excellent written and spoken English. You will be on calls with US-based clients.
Obsessive attention to detail and a genuine eye for how data should be presented. If a number is off by a penny or a chart is hard to read, it should bother you.
Stable, fast home internet with a backup option, and a quiet place to take calls
Willingness and ability to work US East Coast hours consistently
Comfort in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and you are given a lot of ownership early

Strong Pluses
Understanding of financial systems: portfolio accounting, custodial data, advisory fee billing, performance reporting, or brokerage operations
Familiarity with wealth management platforms (Orion, Addepar, Black Diamond, Redtail, Wealthbox, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Schwab/Fidelity/Pershing custodial feeds)
Python, dbt, or data pipeline experience
Front-end/dashboard design sensibility
