Appointment Setter / CRM Manager — Aesthetics Clinic (UK Hours) | Vital Glow

Vital Glow is a growing, nurse-led medical aesthetics and IV therapy clinic in the UK. We're hiring one reliable, phone-confident Appointment Setter to keep our pipeline full, book qualified consultations, and keep our CRM clean.

This is a phone-heavy role. If you're not comfortable making outbound calls and speaking warmly with UK-based enquirers every day, this isn't the role for you. Your core job is simple to describe and hard to do well: call leads, revive old ones, book qualified consultations, and keep GoHighLevel accurate.

Because we're a regulated medical clinic, you'll represent us professionally and with care — you'll book consultations (not treatments), reassure nervous first-timers, and never give clinical advice. Warmth and trust matter more than hard selling here.

What you'll own:

Calling & setting: Call new and aged leads daily, qualify them against our criteria, and book qualified consultations directly into our calendar.
Lead reactivation: Systematically work through cold leads, no-shows, and stalled conversations by phone, WhatsApp and SMS — no lead left without a next step.
CRM management: Keep GoHighLevel pipelines, tags, stages, and notes updated immediately after every touch. Maintain a clean, actionable pipeline.
Follow-up & show-rate: Confirm booked consultations and follow up to reduce no-shows.
Ad hoc support: Light reporting, follow-up sequences, and helping our systems stay consistent.
Rebooking current clients and ensuring they repeat treatments.

You must have:

Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales VA, or Cold Caller (min. 1 year).
Strong spoken English and a confident, warm, professional phone presence — comfortable handling objections without being pushy.
Hands-on GoHighLevel experience (or a close equivalent: HubSpot, Keap, ActiveCampaign).
Reliable computer, fast internet, and a noise-cancelling headset (home-based role).
Willingness to work UK business hours.

Nice to have: Meta Ads familiarity, automation tools (Zapier, n8n), experience in aesthetics, wellness, healthcare, or beauty businesses.

Location: Philippines only. Home-based.

Compensation: [45,000-55,000]/month base (depending on experience) + commission per qualified consultation that shows. Guaranteed on-time monthly payment. Paid leave. Long-term role with room to grow into a lead manager position for strong performers.
