JOB OVERVIEW

We’re an Australian software company looking for an experienced, hands-on Software Project Manager based in the Philippines, with strong experience in Azure DevOps and Agile software delivery.

Full time role, paid leave, long term benefits.

The main focus of this role is keeping development moving. You will organise work into logical feature releases, set delivery dates, manage priorities, allocate available resources and follow up developers to ensure work is completed and released on schedule.

This is an all-rounder role. You will also assist with software QA, requirements, UAT and client delivery when needed.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

* Manage development priorities, task sequencing and delivery dates
* Group related work into logical feature sets and planned releases
* Allocate work across developers and help keep resources fully utilised
* Reshuffle tasks and priorities as requirements, blockers and resources change
* Follow up developers and keep overdue or stalled work moving
* Maintain accurate tasks, owners, priorities and due dates in Azure DevOps
* Identify blockers, dependencies, risks and resource gaps early
* Coordinate development, QA, UAT and production releases
* Turn business requirements into clear development tasks and acceptance criteria
* Test completed work and clearly document defects when required
* Provide clear progress and delivery updates to clients and management
* Assist with release notes, documentation, demonstrations and client handover
* Help improve our project management and software delivery processes

**REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**

* 3+ years of software project management or delivery management experience
* Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Boards and dashboards
* Strong understanding of Agile and Kanban software delivery
* Experience planning releases and managing development workloads
* Able to set realistic delivery dates and hold tea ---------- mbers accountable
* Experience writing requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
* Practical experience with software QA and UAT
* Strong written and spoken English
* Comfortable communicating directly with developers, clients and management
* Able to take ownership, solve problems and work without constant supervision

Experience with ClickUp is preferred.
