JOB OVERVIEW

RHK Properties is looking for freelance recruiters, independent talent sourcers, and referral partners who can help us identify and refer qualified Real Estate Agents based in Dubai.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals with recruitment experience, real estate connections, sales networks, or access to Dubai-based real estate professionals.

Please note that we are currently accepting Dubai-based Real Estate Agent candidates only. Referred candidates must already be based in Dubai and must be open to a commission-only Real Estate Agent role with no fixed monthly salary.

Selected referral partners will receive recruitment materials, guidance, and support from the RHK Properties team.

Referral Incentive Structure

You can earn up to AED 7,000 per successfully referred agent:

AED 1,000 – Successful Joining Milestone
Paid once the referred agent completes 15 successful working days and the company begins processing their labour card.

Additional AED 2,000 – First Secondary-Market Deal
Paid once the referred agent closes their first secondary-market sales deal.

Additional AED 4,000 – First Off-Plan Deal
Paid once the referred agent closes their first off-plan sales deal.

Key Responsibilities

Source and refer qualified Dubai-based Real Estate Agent candidates.

Introduce candidates to the opportunity and provide accurate initial information.

Clearly inform candidates that the Real Estate Agent role is commission-only and does not include a fixed monthly salary.

Submit complete candidate details and CVs through the official referral process.

Coordinate candidates’ availability for calls or interviews.

Use only company-approved recruitment materials and job-posting content.

Maintain professional communication with candidates and the RHK Properties recruitment team.

What Referred Agents Will Receive

Agents joining RHK Properties will receive:

Fresh leads provided daily
Access to a comprehensive and advanced CRM
Commission rates of up to 74%, based on eligibility
Strong marketing support to help build their social media presence and personal brand
A performance-focused real estate sales environment

Support for Selected Referral Partners

Selected referral partners will receive:

Program orientation
Office photos
Social media graphics
Ready-to-use job-posting captions
Referral terms and conditions
Guidance on candidate submission and referral tracking

Preferred Profile

Previous experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, real estate, sales, or professional networking is preferred.

Access to a network of Dubai-based real estate agents is an advantage.

Strong communication and candidate-engagement skills.

Ability to identify and refer serious, qualified candidates.

Professional, organised, and capable of working independently.

Important Information

This is a freelance, incentive-based referral opportunity and does not include a fixed monthly salary. Incentive eligibility is subject to the completion and company verification of each required milestone.

Only Dubai-based Real Estate Agent candidates will be accepted for referral.

Selected partners will receive the complete referral terms and conditions before starting.
