We're looking for an experienced Social Media Strategist & Growth Manager to take ownership of our brands' social media presence.
This is not a content posting role. We're looking for someone who can develop strategy, execute it, and continuously optimize performance across multiple social media platforms. Depending on your skills, you'll personally create content where appropriate and coordinate with designers or other tea
The ideal candidate understands how social media algorithms work, knows how to build engaged communities, and can translate business objectives into measurable social media growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram,
Plan and manage content calendars aligned with business objectives.
Create and publish engaging content, including captions, graphics, and short-form videos where appropriate.
Grow audience reach, engagement, and brand awareness through organic strategies.
Monitor platform performance and continuously improve results using data and insights.
Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and community interactions.
Stay up to date with platform updates, trends, and best practices.
Coordinate with designers, content creators, and marketing tea
Required Experience
Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience managing business social media accounts.
Strong understanding of Instagram,
Proven experience developing and implementing successful social media strategies.
Strong copywriting and communication skills.
Experience with Meta Business Suite and social media analytics.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Bonus Skills
Experience with eCommerce brands.
Canva or basic graphic design.
Short-form video editing.
Paid social advertising.
Experience working with Australian businesses.
Work Setup
Remote position.
Part-time initially with the opportunity to expand.
Stable internet and power connection are essential.
During allocated working hours, your focus should be fully dedicated to our projects.
