Job Title: Sales Administrator (Existing Business Team)
Job Type: Full time
Job Location: Remote
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.30pm (UK times)

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to support our Existing Business Team. This role supports Internal Account Managers by managing customer accounts, completing administrative tasks, maintaining CRM records, and identifying opportunities within existing accounts.

Key responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and maintain regular contact
• Conduct account deep dives to identify trends, opportunities, inactive customers and cross-selling opportunities
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Existing Business Team; Internal Account Managers & Sales Reps
• Maintain HubSpot CRM with accurate customer activity, quotations and opportunities
• Prepare quotations, pricing schedules and sales documentation using ERP system
• Process customer orders and order acknowledgements where required
• Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing, lead times, samples and specifications
• Arrange customer samples and coordinate requests
• Support Internal Account Managers with customer follow-up, meetings and administration
• Produce reports on customer activity and account performance.
• Work closely with Sales, Customer Service and Operations to ensure excellent customer service
• Assist with process improvements and other administrative projects

What we’re looking for:
• Previous experience in Sales Administration, Sales Support or Internal Sales
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office
• Experience using ERP & CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities from customer data
• Able to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience supporting existing customer accounts
• Experience within B2B sales is desirable
