About the Role
- We are looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing & Automation Lead with strong experience in B2B SaaS,
- This role will be responsible for developing and executing initiatives that generate more qualified leads, improve MQL and - - - SQL conversion rates, and strengthen alignment between Marketing and Sales.
- The ideal candidate can identify gaps across the customer journey and build practical campaigns, automated workflows, and lead-nurturing strategies that contribute directly to pipeline and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
*** Lead Generation and Growth ***
Develop and execute B2B SaaS marketing strategies that generate more leads, MQLs, SQLs, and sales opportunities.
Identify new lead generation opportunities across content, SEO, social media, webinars, partnerships, paid campaigns, and
Create targeted campaigns for different industries, buyer personas, company sizes, and stages of the buying journey.
Test and optimize landing pages, forms, messaging, offers, and calls to action.
Develop lead reactivation campaigns for inactive, lost, unresponsive, and previously disqualified leads.

Create automated follow-up sequences for new leads, demo bookings, no-shows, inactive opportunities, and incomplete forms.

*** Marketing Automation
Build and manage automated workflows for lead capture, qualification, scoring, segmentation, routing, nurturing, follow-up, and re-engagement.
Connect forms, landing pages,
Identify manual or repetitive processes that can be improved through automation.
Monitor workflows and resolve data synchronization, lead routing, integration, and reporting issues.
Ensure leads are assigned to the correct salesperson based on qualification criteria, territory, language, business type, or company size.
Document workflows and maintain clear standard operating procedures.
*** Marketing and Sales Alignment
Identify and close gaps between Marketing and Sales processes.
Define and improve criteria for leads, MQLs, SQLs, opportunities, and disqualified leads.
Create clear processes for lead handoff, ownership, follow-up, nurturing, and re-engagement.
Ensure Sales receives complete, accurate, and actionable lead information.
Review Sales feedback to improve lead quality, campaign targeting, messaging, and qualification.
Build processes that prevent qualified leads from being missed or left without follow-up.
Funnel and Conversion Optimization
Monitor the full funnel from lead generation to MQL, SQL, demo, opportunity, and closed deal.
Analyze conversion rates and identify where leads are dropping off.
Recommend and implement initiatives to improve lead-to-MQL, MQL-to-SQL, demo-booking, and opportunity conversion rates.
Track campaign attribution, lead sources, engagement, pipeline contribution, and sales outcomes.
Build dashboards and reports that provide visibility into Marketing and Sales performance.
Use data and customer insights to prioritize campaigns and process improvements.
*** Campaign and Project Management
Manage marketing campaigns from planning through execution, reporting, and optimization.
Coordinate with content, design, SEO, website, social media, paid media, and Sales teams.
Maintain a clear marketing roadmap, campaign calendar, and list of priorities.
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with lead generation and revenue goals.
Present campaign results, insights, challenges, and recommended next steps.

Required Experience
Proven experience in a B2B SaaS marketing role, preferably within a startup or growing technology company.
Strong experience in growth marketing, demand generation, lifecycle marketing, or revenue marketing.
Hands-on experience with
Experience building and managing marketing automation and CRM workflows.
Strong understanding of SaaS funnels, including leads, MQLs, SQLs, demos, opportunities, closed deals, and recurring revenue.
Experience using platforms such as ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Close CRM, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar tools.
Experience using automation and integration tools such as Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.
Ability to analyze funnel performance and turn data into actionable growth initiatives.
Experience improving conversion rates across the SaaS customer journey.
Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of both strategy and execution.

Preferred Experience
Experience marketing SaaS products to restaurants, hospitality businesses, or multi-location operators.
Experience supporting demo-based or subscription-based sales funnels.
Knowledge of account-based marketing, customer lifecycle marketing, and sales-assisted SaaS models.
Understanding of SaaS metrics such as CAC, LTV, MRR, ARR, churn, retention, and pipeline velocity.
Experience with SEO, content marketing, social media, webinars, paid campaigns, and conversion optimization.
Familiarity with
Experience using AI tools to improve campaign execution, personalization, reporting, and workflow efficiency.
