About the Role

We are looking for an experienced wedding photo editor who can consistently match our existing editing style across full wedding galleries.
You will primarily be responsible for colour correction and tonal adjustments. This is not a heavy-retouching role. Our goal is to preserve the natural feeling of the wedding while creating a polished and cohesive gallery.

Responsibilities
    •    Edit full wedding and couple photography galleries
    •    Match the Say Cheese & Wine colour-editing style
    •    Maintain natural and consistent skin tones
    •    Correct exposure, white balance, contrast and colour
    •    Create consistency across different lighting conditions and camera bodies
    •    Apply light cropping and straightening where necessary
    •    Deliver organised Lightroom catalogues or edited files by the agreed deadline
    •    Follow feedback and make reasonable revisions when required

Our Editing Style

Our photography is generally:
    •    Romantic and slightly film-inspired
    •    Candid and documentary-focused
    •    Natural rather than heavily filtered
    •    Soft and flattering without looking washed out
    •    Rich in colour while avoiding overly orange skin tones
    •    Slightly nostalgic, with balanced contrast and subtle grain where appropriate
    •    Consistent across indoor, outdoor, daylight, flash and low-light images

Requirements
    •    Strong experience using Adobe Lightroom
    •    Experience editing weddings, engagements or lifestyle photography
    •    Strong understanding of skin tones and mixed lighting
    •    Reliable internet connection and file-transfer capability
    •    Good attention to detail and consistency
    •    Ability to meet deadlines
    •    Clear communication in English
    •    Willingness to complete a paid editing test

Experience with Photoshop is helpful but not essential.
