About the Role: Walters Supply Co. (WSC) is a growing eBay reselling operation. We're looking for a VA to run listings through our pipeline — from draft to scheduled to live — using tools we already have set up to handle the heavy lifting. You won't be manually researching prices or writing titles/descriptions from scratch; our tools generate that for you. Your job is running the tools efficiently, catching anything that looks off, and keeping listings moving on schedule.
You must be comfortable doing ALL THREE of the following using our tools:
Draft listings — use our provided tools to generate titles, descriptions, categories, item specifics, and pricing from photos, then quickly review the output for accuracy before moving it forward
Schedule listings — queue drafts to go live on time, keeping the pipeline stocked so nothing sits idle
Publish/cross-list — set listings live on eBay and push them to other platforms (Mercari, Depop, Poshmark) via Nifty
Requirements:
Comfortable learning and working inside new software tools — this role is tool-first, not manual research or writing
Prior eBay VA experience is a plus but not required if you're a fast learner with new tools (please note your experience either way)
Strong attention to detail — your main job is catching what the tools get wrong, so review speed and accuracy matter more than manual skill
Reliable internet and consistent daily/weekly availability
Able to follow a documented SOP and SKU/bag-numbering system without hand-holding
Pay Structure:
$0.30–$0.50 per fully successful listing (rate depends on speed/accuracy after a short trial period)
Paid only for listings that are complete, accurate, and error-free across all three stages (drafted ? scheduled ? published/cross-listed)
Paid via PayPal
How to Apply: Please include:
Your eBay VA experience, if any (tools used, listings/month)
Your comfort level picking up new software/tools quickly (examples welcome)
How many completed listings (draft ? schedule ? publish) you estimate you could get done in one hour, once trained on our tools
Your available hours per week
