About us
Fast-growing DTC brand spending six figures a month on Meta + TikTok paid media. High creative velocity is the whole game for us. Every week we test more angles, more hooks, more formats, more variants than most brands do in a quarter. Our creative team right now is one person (me, the founder). It's the bottleneck. Time to fix it.
The role
You'll own creative production for the brand end-to-end. Your primary tools are Claude (AI assistant with agent instructions) and the full Higgsfield suite (image + video generation). We have a system of AI agents with markdown-file "instructions" that generate first-draft creatives. Your job:
Receive the AI-generated creatives, verify quality, edit the mistakes, ship the final files
Improve the agent markdown instructions over time so first drafts get sharper every week
Handle the manual touch-up editing that AI still can't fully deliver (color, timing, brand consistency, captions)
Train the AI on our editing process as you grow the position
We're targeting ~2,000 creatives per month. Mix of:
Statics (brand graphics, review-based, comparison, offer variants)
Short-form video (30-60s vertical, TikTok + Reels + Shorts)
Motion graphics and animated concepts
UGC re-cuts from raw source footage
Founder-video re-cuts into ad units
Not all AI-generated, not all manual, a hybrid workflow you'll own.
What we'll hand you on day one
API keys (Claude, Higgsfield, plus others as needed)
Current agent markdown files (content guidelines, brand voice, format rules, hook templates, safe zones)
Full brand asset library (fonts, logos, product shots, past winning creatives)
Direct line to the founder for anything needing brand-level input
A weekly Friday sync (30 min Zoom) to review what shipped, what won, what's next
Requirements
2+ years hands-on video/creative editing (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut Pro at a professional level)
Comfortable with generative AI tools · Higgsfield, Runway, ChatGPT/Claude, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, similar
Strong eye for brand consistency and short-form ad pacing (you can tell within 3 seconds whether a hook lands)
Willing to learn our agent-training workflow (we'll teach you the whole system)
Reliable high-speed internet + a Mac or PC that can handle 4K video work smoothly
Strong written English · agent instructions are written in English and clarity matters
Ownership mindset · you're going to RUN this function, not just execute tickets from a queue
Nice to have (not required but a big plus)
Meta / TikTok Ads Manager familiarity (you won't be buying media, but knowing what actually wins on those platforms helps you edit smarter)
Previous experience training or fine-tuning AI models / prompts
Previous DTC or e-commerce creative work
Motion graphics chops (After Effects, Cavalry, Rive, etc.)
Photoshop / Figma for the static side
Growth path
Month 1-3: you solo, learning our system, hitting the 2,000/month volume with our support
Month 3-6: you start hiring 1-2 junior editors under you (we fund the roles), you review + ship their work
Month 6-12: you're the Head of Creative Production for the brand, 2-4 editors on your team, you own the whole engine
Why this role is unusual
Most editor jobs give you a queue of source files and ask you to render them. This one asks you to work WITH AI as a co-editor, improve the AI's output through prompt/agent iteration, and eventually train a small team under you. If you love editing AND you're already using AI daily, this is the role you've been waiting for.
HOW TO APPLY (put this at the bottom of the listing)
Send a message with:
Link to your best video/creative editing portfolio — 3-5 pieces you're most proud of. Doesn't have to be paid ads, but if you have any, include them.
Which AI tools you use daily and how — 2-3 sentences. Be specific ("I use Higgsfield Soul 2.0 for photoreal humans and Runway Gen-3 for motion" beats "I use AI").
Your monthly salary expectation in USD
Your time zone and preferred working hours
