JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a technical virtual assistant who is an expert in both GoHighLevel (GHL) and WordPress? Do you love building slick automations, mapping webhooks, and setting up clean multi-user environments?

We are an expanding mortgage automation platform looking for a tech-savvy GHL & WordPress Specialist to help us manage and scale our system.

You will be responsible for building GHL workflows, managing user permissions for our coaches, setting up custom fields for personalized calculators, embedding custom HTML scripts onto WordPress pages, and ensuring our SMS AI booking bot runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:
* GHL Workflow Automation: Build and maintain GHL workflows with conditional logic, wait steps, and automated SMS/email triggers.
* WordPress Management: Maintain page layouts, embed GHL forms/calendars, and ensure custom HTML/JavaScript scripts (like our mortgage calculators) execute cleanly on WordPress sites.
* Inbound & Outbound Webhooks: Connect webhooks from external HTML forms/calculators and map JSON payloads seamlessly into GHL custom contact and user fields.
* User Privacy & Lead Routing: Configure user profiles, set up "Only Assigned Data" permissions so coaches only see their own assigned leads, and manage round-robin lead distribution.
* AI Bot Management: Monitor GHL Conversation AI responses, set up max-message guardrails, and build fallback alerts for human takeover.
* System Testing & SOPs: Thoroughly test new workflows and webhooks before going live, troubleshoot broken automations, and create simple SOPs as we onboard new coaches.

Required Hard Skills:
* Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience setting up and managing GoHighLevel sub-accounts.
* Proven experience building, updating, and maintaining WordPress sites (Elementor, Divi, or Gutenberg).
* Strong understanding of Inbound/Outbound Webhooks and mapping JSON data between systems.
* Experience with GHL User Permissions (Only Assigned Data, custom values, custom user fields).
* Familiarity with GHL Conversation AI settings and workflow goal triggers.
* Basic understanding of HTML/JavaScript (for testing calculator scripts and webhooks).

Soft Skills:
* Excellent written English skills.
* High attention to detail (testing workflows thoroughly before launching).
* Proactive problem-solver who alerts us immediately if a webhook or automation breaks.
