JOB OVERVIEW

We are an Australian ecommerce business (~$10M/year) building our own custom, AI-native CRM to replace Salesforce, built exactly around how we sell: high-ticket, consultative, with roughly half our revenue closed over the phone. We already build our own software (Next.js on Vercel, Postgres on Neon). We want a strong full-stack developer to build this with us and hand over clean, documented, fully-owned code.

What you will build (v1):

A phone-sales CRM: leads, contacts, opportunities, pipeline, activities, dashboards
Aircall integration (call logging, click-to-dial, recordings) plus a smart "next best action" call queue
An AI layer on the Claude API: auto-log calls from transcripts, call summaries, follow-up drafts, natural-language reporting
A win-back engine for old quotes, deduplication, and lead enrichment
Data migration from Salesforce, plus Shopify and email
Stack: Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL (Neon), Vercel/Railway, Claude/LLM API.

You must have:

Shipped real SaaS or CRM products (not demos, not templates)
Real third-party API and webhook integration experience (telephony a big plus)
Used an LLM (Claude or OpenAI) in a live product
Built fast with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor) and write reliable, documented code
Solid daily overlap with Australian business hours (AEST)

Milestone-based, must be live before November
The code lives in our repo and infrastructure, fully documented. We own it.
