JOB OVERVIEW

We are a US marketing company that handles booking estimate appointments for home improvement contractors. We are hiring one appointment setter to call homeowners who have just requested a free estimate.

These are NOT cold calls. Every person you call filled out a form minutes before, asking to be contacted. Your job is to call them fast, find out what they need, qualify them by asking a few questions and booking them onto the contractor's calendar for an in person estimate.

However, even though these are warm leads and homeowners reaching out to us, you should still think of this as a sales position. Though the most important factor for your success will simply be: sounding natural on the phone, remaining conversational and like you are not trying too hard.

The work:
Call every new lead within 3 minutes of it coming in. Follow up with the ones who do not pick up. Confirm details and book the appointment in our CRM (GoHighLevel). Send confirmation texts. Keep clean notes.

Volume is light, around 10 to 25 new leads a day plus follow ups. This is not a high volume dialing job. What matters is that you are available and fast during your shift, not that you make hundreds of calls.

Pay: $700 USD per month base, paid weekly, plus $3 USD for every appointment you book that shows and is qualified. Performance bonuses on top of that for exceptional performance.

Hours: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Manila time, Monday to Friday. This covers US business hours. It is a night shift and it is not negotiable. Please do not apply if you cannot work these hours consistently.

What this job can turn into:
I am not looking for someone to answer phones forever. I want someone who wants to learn how American sales actually works, because that skill pays for the rest of your life.

If you are good, coachable, and you commit, here is what is genuinely on the table:

Promotion to closer on my team, where the earnings are significantly higher than setting. Direct sales training fro ---------- , live on calls, not a course you watch by yourself. And after six or more months of excellent work, I will actively help you get placed with a US company that pays more than I do if you are ambitious about continuing your sales career, and I will vouch for you personally.

I am writing this out because I want the person who reads it and gets excited. If you want a quiet task job with no pressure, this is not the one. If you want to get seriously good at sales, apply.

Requirements:
Previous phone experience on a US account (customer service, BPO, call center, appointment setting, or sales). Clear spoken English that an older American homeowner can understand on the first try. Reliable high speed internet plus a backup connection. Backup power for outages. A quiet place to work and a headset.

HOW TO APPLY: Record a voice message of about 60 seconds and include the link (Google Drive, Dropbox, or Vocaroo). In the recording, pretend you are calling a homeowner named Linda who filled out a form five minutes ago asking about a garage floor coating. Introduce yourself, tell her why you are calling, and ask her two questions you think matter. Do not read a script word for word. We want to hear how you actually sound. Also do not sound polished or formal. I want you to talk like a normal person, as if you were having a conversation with a friend on the street. That is what I am hiring for. Be extremely relaxed and casual.

Applications with no voice recording will not be reviewed.

Then answer these three questions in a few sentences each:

Tell me about the last job where you were on the phone. Who were you calling, what were you trying to get them to do, and roughly how many calls did you make a day?

You make a call to a homeowner who tells you they would like an estimate for their garage. When you give them different dates to schedule the estimate they ask you to call them back in a few days. How do you respond?

What is one thing you have deliberately gotten better at in the past year, and how did you do it?

We are hiring 2 people for a paid trial week. That means 2 to 4 hours a day live with me on Zoom, doing real roleplays and reviewing recordings of actual calls, plus written material and video walkthroughs you go through on your own. You are paid for every hour of it. There is no unpaid trial and no unpaid training period.

Business Name: Appointly Solutions

Start date: Monday, August 3. You must be able to begin paid training that week. Please do not apply if you are serving a notice period or cannot start by then.
