Salary: PHP 100,000–140,000/month (Based on experience)

About the Role
We are a U.S.-based accounting and advisory firm seeking an experienced Senior Accounting Analyst to manage complex accounting projects for U.S. businesses. This is not an entry-level bookkeeping role. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling accounting cleanups, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and financial reporting for multi-million-dollar companies.

Key Responsibilities
Perform complex bookkeeping cleanup and catch-up projects.
Review and audit bookkeeping completed by other accountants.
Prepare and review accurate financial statements.
Analyze accounting data and identify discrepancies.
Prepare adjusting journal entries and month-end/year-end close.
Create budgets, financial forecasts, and cash-flow projections.
Build financial models and management reports.
Provide meaningful financial insights and recommendations to business owners.
Work with QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Xero, and Microsoft Excel.

Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in Accounting
CPA License (Required)
10+ years of accounting, financial analysis, or full-cycle bookkeeping experience
5+ years working with U.S.-based businesses or U.S. accounting firms
Advanced knowledge of U.S. GAAP and accrual accounting.
Advanced QuickBooks Online experience.
Strong QuickBooks Desktop and Xero experience.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (PivotTables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, INDEX/MATCH, financial models, dashboards, etc.).
Experience with bookkeeping cleanup, reconciliations, adjusting journal entries, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow analysis, and financial reporting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines.
Reliable computer, high-speed internet, backup internet connection, and backup power solution.
Must be willing to work U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST).
NBI Clearance required.
