About Book More Brides

Book More Brides helps wedding professionals generate more qualified leads, automate their follow-up, and book more weddings using GoHighLevel and proven marketing systems. We currently manage 36 active client accounts and onboard approximately 4 new clients every month.

We're looking for a highly organized GoHighLevel CRM Manager to own our client onboarding process, manage CRM relationships, and ensure every client has an outstanding experience.

- Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding
- Onboard all new clients into GoHighLevel
- Set up snapshots, calendars, pipelines, workflows, automations, forms, and surveys
- Configure email, SMS, domains, integrations, and user permissions
- Import contacts and migrate CRM data when needed
- Test all systems before client launch

Client Success
- Serve as the primary GoHighLevel contact for clients
- Schedule and lead monthly client strategy meetings
- Provide CRM training and answer client questions
- Troubleshoot GoHighLevel issues and coordinate with our team when needed
- Ensure clients are successfully using the CRM and automation systems

CRM Management
- Maintain and optimize client CRM accounts
- Build and improve workflows and automations
- Update snapshots and SOPs as our systems evolve
- Track onboarding progress and ensure all client requests are completed on time

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of GoHighLevel experience
- Experience creating snapshots, workflows, automations, calendars, and pipelines
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Fluent written and spoken English

Compensation
- $8 USD/hour
- Full-time, long-term position
