Summary
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Online Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a key player in customer engagement and sales, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through online chat platforms while actively driving sales conversions.

**Pay and Hours **
- $2 an hour + 4-6% commission on all sales
- 40-60 hours a week (based on availability)
- available on weekends
- 2am-10am EST and 10am-pm EST

**Responsibilities:**
- Engage with customers via online chat to address inquiries, provide product information, and offer assistance.
- Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities during customer interactions.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers..
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

**Skills and Qualifications:**
- Excellent written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
- Strong multitasking abilities to handle simultaneous customer interactions and sales initiatives.
- Previous experience in online customer support and sales is a plus.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new products and technologies.
- Tech-savvy and proficient in using various online communication tools.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.
- MUST have a Windows or Mac laptop with a reliable internet connection.
