ABOUT US
We are a UK football (soccer) analytics product launching for the new season.
Our system produces real match and market data every day: standout player
performances, biggest odds movements, player stat boards, spatial matchup
maps, player heat maps. We need that data turned into a system of social card
templates we refill daily, and we intend to keep adding formats all season.

WE WANT YOUR OPINION, NOT JUST YOUR HANDS
You will know social sports content better than we do. The first paid piece of
work is exactly that: tell us what the template set should be.

STAGE 1 (PAID, SMALL): THE RECOMMENDATION
We send you the brand kit, real sample data, and the list of data we can
produce daily. You come back with a recommended template set: which formats,
how many, which sizes per platform, and why each one earns engagement. Fixed
fee, agreed before you start, and the recommendation is ours to keep.

STAGE 2: BUILD THE SET
We agree which templates to build from your recommendation and you build them,
priced per template. Expect a handful to start, more added through the season
as we learn what performs. This is ongoing work, not a one-off, for the right
person.

DELIVERABLES PER TEMPLATE
- Canva template with the design elements LOCKED and only the data fields
editable, so a non-designer refills it in minutes without breaking alignment.
- The layered source file as well (Figma preferred, AI or PSD fine): our
developer will later fill these fields automatically.
- One filled example using our real sample data.

WHAT WE SUPPLY
Full brand kit (logo files, exact colour palette, Poppins font, guidelines
PDF), real sample data, and a written spec naming every data field per card.

REQUIREMENTS
- Portfolio with DATA or SPORTS graphics: stat cards, scoreboards, matchday
posts, infographics, anything where numbers and typography carry the design.
Lifestyle and product posts do not tell us what we need to know.
- You work inside an existing brand system exactly. Our palette and font are
fixed: no substitutions, no additions. Opinions on layout and format are
wanted; opinions on our colours are not.
- Canva competence for template building, plus a real design tool for source.
- Good English for written back-and-forth.

NICE TO HAVE
- You follow football, or have designed for sports or betting brands before.

HOW TO APPLY
Start with SCOUTCARD, then send:
1. 2-3 examples of data or sports graphics you made.
2. THREE LINES on what template formats you would recommend for a football
data brand posting daily on X and Facebook, and why. Short is fine; we are
looking for how you think, not a full proposal.
3. Your fixed fee for stage 1 (the recommendation), your turnaround on it, and
your typical price per template for stage 2.
4. Confirm you can deliver both Canva templates and layered source.

Two revision rounds included per template. Work is commissioned: full rights
to the recommendation, the templates and the source files pass to us on
payment, and we may adapt them and fill them automatically. You are free to
show the work in your portfolio. We already have a partial format list of our
own, and we will share it after stage 1 so it does not bias your
recommendation.
