They hire you as a "cold caller." Then you get handed a spreadsheet of dead numbers you have to verify yourself. Then you are researching companies on Google. Then you are writing follow up
We built this role by removing all of that.
What your shift looks like
You open our GoHighLevel account. The list is already loaded. The numbers are already verified. Next to every prospect is a short note we wrote, telling you who to ask for and exactly why this business needs what we sell. You read it in 15 seconds and you dial.
Every person you call has already received an
You talk, you book them on our calendar, you move to the next one. Roughly 75 to 100 dials a day.
You will never source a lead. You will never write a sequence. You will never build a report. If someone asks for information on the call, you send one short
What we sell:
AI employees for American businesses. Our system answers their phones, follows up on every lead, and books appointments around the clock, so they stop losing customers to voi
Why this role pays what it pays:
We are not paying for hours. We are paying for meetings. The bonus structure escalates, so your tenth booking is worth more than your third and your sixteenth is worth more than your tenth. There is no cap. Bonuses pay on meetings that hold, and our automation runs the confirmation reminders so your bookings actually show up. We are not going to build a system that lets you book well and earn nothing.
We are looking for:
Someone with at least 1 year of true cold calling on cold B2B lists. Not inbound. Not warm transfers. Not customer service.
You should be clear and easy to understand in English, quick with a receptionist, and able to talk to a 50 year old American business owner like a person rather than a script. You need reliable internet with a backup, a quiet room, and a good headset. Hours are US Central, Monday through Friday.
We are one team, not a call center. You will not be a badge number. You get 15 minutes with the owner every day to go over your calls and get better at this.
Please do not apply if:
You have never worked a genuinely cold list, you are adding this on top of another job, or you are looking for general VA work and this happened to come up in your search. We will find out in the first interview and it wastes your time more than ours.
To apply, answer these
How long have you cold called B2B from cold lists? Only count fully cold roles.
* What were you selling, and to whom?
* Average dials per day?
* Average appointments per week, and how many held?
* Were leads given to you, or did you find them?
* Do you have another job or client right now?
* A receptionist asks, "What is this regarding?" Write your exact words. One or two sentences, the way you would really say it.
Attach a 60 second voice recording. Introduce yourself, then imagine a gym owner picked up and said, "I'm busy, what is this about?" and respond. It does not need to be polished. We want to hear how you actually sound.
We reply to every serious application within 48 hours.
Tag it differently. If both posts carry the same three skills, they show up in the same searches and split your own traffic. Use Cold Calling, Telemarketing, and Lead Generation on this one, keeping Appointment Setter and English Speaking on the first.
Track which one wins. Note where each applicant came from. After two weeks you will know whether hunger or relief pulls better in this market, and that tells you how to write your third post.
