JOB OVERVIEW

Tempest Ruth Hair LLC is a growing Houston-based hair brand spanning product sales, client services, and education (courses, digital products, mentorship). I'm looking for a sharp, reliable virtual assistant to help me stay organized and grow the brand across all three arms of the business.

What you'll be doing:

Tempest Ruth Hair (product launch & ops)
-Track launch timeline milestones and send reminders/check-ins on deadlines
-Place and follow up on orders for hair, accessories, and supplies
-Maintain a running inventory/reorder list

Houston, TX Client Platform
-Maintain a consistent content posting calendar
-Handle client outreach — rebooking reminders, follow-ups on inquiries
-Assist with scheduling coordination (Acuity)

Education Platform
-Review my calendar weekly and propose open slots for live sessions
-Assist with digital product setup and tech logistics
-Flag recurring questions or trends from clients/lives as potential content or course topics

Brand Growth & Outreach
-Research speaking opportunities and relevant events
-Identify and help pitch brand partnership opportunities
-Scout local pop-ups and exposure opportunities for the brand

Details:
-10-20 hours/week, flexible schedule
-Fully remote
-$16-18/hour, based on experience
-Strong written English required, especially for outreach/pitches
-Experience with social media management, brand partnerships, or influencer/creator support strongly preferred
-Comfortable taking initiative and researching independently, not just following a checklist
