Hiring Video Editors Now - Looking to Fill This Role ASAP

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll be producing videos from start to finish using AI-powered tools like Nano Banana Pro, Veo 3, ElevenLabs, Grok Imagine and HeyGen.

You'll handle editing in CapCut and deliver polished, ready-to-publish content. This is a hands-on role from day one, if you have no editing experience or not even a little bit of an experience with these kinds of tools, this isn't the right fit.

> A solid grasp of what makes a strong verbal and visual hook
> An eye for image placement and visual storytelling

Compensation
> Starting salary is $350/month base + bonuses once you're consistently producing 5 videos per day.
> Base pay will increase as your skills and output grow over time.
> Bonuses are tied to your overall performance and the results your content generates.
> Minimum expectation is 5 videos daily (mix of long and short form), so your guaranteed monthly minimum is $350 + bonuses.

Growth Opportunity

This role has a clear path forward. The long-term goal is for you to step into an AI Video Production Manager position, leading and training a team of editors.

Schedule
- Full-time, Monday through Saturday, 10AM – 6PM Indochina Time. We're flexible when personal things come up.

How the Day-to-Day Works Approximately.

1. You'll receive scripts and direction from our team daily.
2. You generate visuals/video frames using Nano Banana Pro. (Google Flow)
3. You produce the video content through Veo 3/Grok/HeyGen
4. You edit everything together in CapCut and deliver the final version.

We'll be working alongside you every day to make sure you have what you need, help troubleshoot any issues, and set clear daily targets.

Meeting those targets consistently is essential.

What You'll Need
> Strong written and spoken English
> Your own computer and a good internet connection
> Experience with Video Editing or AI tools (Flow, ChatGPT, etc.)
> Hands-on video editing experience in CapCut
> The ability to prompt AI tools effectively to get the results you're after
> A feel for short-form content and creative approaches to video
> Willingness to take direction and follow through on feedback
> Sharp attention to detail
> Genuine interest in growing with us as a team
