About Us:
We're a fast growing done for you marketing agency specialising in UK med spa clinics. We run Meta ad campaigns, build funnels, and handle the full client delivery pipeline. We're currently scaling to 30+ over the next 3 to 6 months, so this is a ground-floor opportunity to grow with us and take ownership of a key role.

What You'll Be Doing:

???? Setting up and managing Meta ad campaigns for med spa clients (treatments like Advanced Laser, Lifting, Body Sculpting etc.)
???? Connecting lead forms to Go High Level (SOPs provided if needed)
???? Split testing ad sets, creatives, copy angles, and audiences to continuously improve performance
???? Monitoring campaign performance daily and making data-driven optimisation decisions
???? Proactively bringing new ideas to the table for creative concepts, angles, and testing strategies
???? Collaborating on creative direction, you'll need a good eye for what makes an ad scroll-stopping
???? Joining regular team check-ins to share insights and flag any issues early
???? Managing a growing number of campaigns as we scale the client roster

Who You Are:

? You have proven ---------- lead generation experience running Facebook/Meta ads
? You have a strong creative eye and can spot what makes an ad perform vs. fall flat
? You're proactive, not someone who waits to be told what to do. You see a problem, you fix it. You see an opportunity, you test it.
? You're comfortable working in Go High Level or willing to learn fast (we have SOPs)
? You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple client accounts without dropping the ball
? Experience running ads for med spas, aesthetics clinics, or beauty/wellness brands is a big bonus
? You're looking for a full time position with a company that's growing rapidly, not a freelance side gig
