JOB OVERVIEW

Hello! My name is Emmanuel Duran, and I am a Loan Officer with Dream House Lending.

I am looking for a friendly, energetic, and professional bilingual assistant who enjoys talking with people. You do not need mortgage experience—we will train you.

Your primary job is to answer incoming leads, ask a few qualifying questions, and schedule an appointment with me either in person or over the phone.

If you enjoy helping people and have excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you.

This position starts at 10-15 hours per week, with additional hours available as our business continues to grow.

Responsibilities:

*Answer incoming phone calls, texts, and emails.
*Ask a few qualifying questions using our script.
*Schedule appointments with the Loan Officer.
*Update Follow Up Boss after every conversation.
*Keep Realtor partners updated on the status of their clients.
*Provide excellent customer service in English and Spanish.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Friendly and professional on the phone
• Excellent communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Reliable and dependable
• Comfortable learning new software
• Available during Pacific Time business hours

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer service experience
• Appointment setting experience
• Experience using Follow Up Boss CRM is a plus (training will be provided)

Equipment Requirements:

• Reliable laptop or desktop computer
• Quality USB headset with microphone
• High-speed internet connection
• Quiet workspace
• Webcam for meetings and training

Schedule:

• Part-Time
• 10-15 hours per week
• Opportunity for additional hours as business grows
