This Is Not a Passive Reporting Role
Workspark is searching for a strong paid media professional who knows how to get inside campaigns and make them perform.
You will join the paid media team of an established US marketing agency and work across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic platforms. Your work will include campaign builds, optimization, testing, budget pacing, reporting, and identifying what needs to change next.
This position is built for someone who enjoys execution, notices details others miss, communicates early, and does not need to be chased for updates.
You will be employed by Workspark and work as a full time, embedded member of the agency team. This is not freelance, part time, temporary, or project based work.
What You Will Own:
• Build and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic platforms
• Monitor campaign performance and make thoughtful optimization decisions
• Manage budgets, pacing, flight dates, targeting, creative inputs, and campaign settings
• Run tests and experiments to improve performance
• Review existing campaigns and identify performance opportunities
• Support new campaign launches from setup through activation
• Export, organize, and analyze campaign data
• Contribute to reporting, insights, and recommendations
• Use Excel, reporting dashboards, and PowerPoint to organize findings clearly
• Communicate progress, questions, risks, and missed dependencies before deadlines become problems
• Work closely with media managers, directors, project managers, and other agency tea
• Maintain accurate updates in Slack, Asana, and other internal systems
Required Experience:
You must have all three of the following. Candidates missing any one of them will not be considered.
1. Google Ads, hands on build experience You have built and optimized paid search campaigns inside Google Ads. Keywords, ad groups, ad copy, bidding, negatives, and search term management. Performance Max experience alone is not enough for this role.
2. Meta Ads Manager, hands on build experience You have built campaigns, ad sets, and ads inside Meta Ads Manager with build level access. Reporting or dashboard access only is not enough for this role.
3. Programmatic execution inside a DSP You have run campaigns inside a demand side platform. The Trade Desk is the agency's primary programmatic platform. Strong experience with DV360 or another major DSP will also be considered, and the team will train the right person on The Trade Desk.
You should also bring:
• Campaign builds, optimization, testing, and budget pacing
• Performance reporting and data analysis
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Experience managing multiple campaigns, accounts, and deadlines
• Previous experience inside a marketing, media, or advertising agency, strongly preferred
• Experience with NinjaCat, Datorama, or similar reporting platforms, helpful
• Your English Must Be Excellent
This role requires fluent spoken and written English.
You will participate in internal meetings, receive instructions from US based managers, communicate through Slack and Asana, explain campaign decisions, ask questions, and provide clear updates.
You must be able to understand detailed instructions, communicate naturally, and explain technical campaign work without relying on scripts.
Strong platform experience with weak English will not be enough for this position.
You Will Do Well Here If You:
• Take ownership without waiting to be reminded
• Ask questions before beginning unclear work
• Communicate immediately when a deadline or workload is at risk
• Pay close attention to campaign details
• Can explain why you made an optimization decision
• Manage your time without constant supervision
• Enjoy working in a fast moving agency environment
• Work well with managers, analysts, project managers, and account teams
• Use AI tools responsibly to improve efficiency while reviewing your own work carefully
What Success Looks Like:
Within your first 90 days, you should be able to manage assigned campaign work independently, complete tasks on time, communicate clearly, and become a dependable part of the media team.
The team should trust that you will raise questions early, identify problems, and keep campaign work moving without needing constant reminders.
