HIRING High Ticket Outbound Setter

Looking for a strong outbound setter to join our team at The Ecom Wolf.
We’re focused on scaling our webinar funnel and are looking for someone who can take ownership of working our lead flow and turning opportunities into qualified sales calls.

You’ll primarily be:
- Calling and following up with webinar leads
- Taking inbound setting calls on zoom
- Working through existing leads and pipeline opportunities
- Having real conversations, qualifying prospects, and booking qualified calls
- Consistently following up and staying on top of your pipeline

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous high ticket setting experience
- Is confident and comfortable on the phone
- Speaks fluent English with strong communication skills
- Is hungry, coachable, and actually wants to dial
- Can work independently and take ownership of their numbers
- Has reliable availability and wants something long term

Comp Structure:
$1,000 USD Base + 5% Commission
This is not a role for someone looking to sit around and wait for inbound appointments. We need someone who is comfortable creating conversations, consistently following up, and maximizing every opportunity available to them.
We have an established offer, existing lead flow, a webinar funnel we’re actively scaling, and plenty of room to grow with the company as volume increases.
