JOB OVERVIEW

We are a busy U.S. dental practice dental practice looking for an experienced Dental Billing Specialist to join our remote team.

Please note: This position is only for applicants with prior U.S. dental billing experience and experience using Open Dental. If you do not meet both requirements, please do not apply, as your application will not be considered.

Responsibilities:
- Submit dental insurance claims (PPO and Medicaid) accurately and in a timely manner
- Send pre-authorizations (Pre-Ds)
- Verify patients' dental insurance benefits
- Follow up on outstanding and unpaid insurance claims
- Perform other dental billing and insurance-related tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Previous U.S. dental billing experience is REQUIRED
- Experience using Open Dental is REQUIRED
- Experience with:
*Insurance verification
*Sending Pre-Ds (pre-authorizations)
*Claim submission
* Insurance claim follow-up
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable internet connection and computer
- Ability to work independently

Applicants without dental billing experience or Open Dental experience will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Russian language skills are a huge plus
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Experience working remotely

Schedule:
24 hours per week
Working hours are negotiable

Compensation:
$4.50 per hour
+$0.50 per hour reliability bonus for consistent attendance and performance
