TikTok Account Specialist – TikTok Shop Setup & Organic Growth

About the Position

We are looking for motivated and creative TikTok Account Specialists to help build and manage TikTok accounts for our e-commerce and print-on-demand brands.

Your initial responsibilities will include properly setting up our TikTok business accounts and TikTok Shop, developing a content and engagement strategy, and growing each account to its first 1,000 genuine followers. Our long-term goal is to build each account to 5,000 or more engaged followers and create a strong platform for promoting and selling our products.

This position is ideal for someone who understands TikTok culture, short-form content, audience engagement, social commerce, and organic account growth.

Key Responsibilities
Set up and optimize TikTok business accounts.
Assist with the complete setup and organization of TikTok Shop.
Optimize profiles, bios, links, branding, product listings, and account settings.
Develop an organic growth strategy for each assigned account.
Create content calendars and recommend daily or weekly content ideas.
Research trending sounds, formats, hashtags, hooks, and relevant competitors.
Post and schedule TikTok videos consistently.
Write effective captions, calls to action, and video hooks.
Engage with followers, comments, creators, and relevant TikTok communities.
Help grow each account to the first milestone of 1,000 real followers.
Continue growing accounts toward 5,000+ engaged followers.
Track account growth, engagement, video performance, and TikTok Shop activity.
Provide weekly progress reports with results, observations, and next steps.
Recommend content improvements based on analytics and performance.
Help identify TikTok creators, affiliates, and potential collaboration opportunities.
Required Qualifications
Previous experience managing or growing TikTok accounts.
Strong understanding of TikTok trends, algorithms, content formats, and audience behavior.
Experience with TikTok Shop, TikTok for Business, social commerce, or e-commerce is strongly preferred.
Ability to create or coordinate engaging short-form video content.
Basic video-editing experience using CapCut, Canva, or similar platforms.
Strong written English and communication skills.
Organized, dependable, creative, and able to work independently.
Comfortable working with multiple brands and target audiences.
Able to meet deadlines and provide consistent progress updates.
