Video Editor | 100% Remote | Home Service Business

Turn raw footage and scripts into short-form ads that actually convert.

We're looking for a full-time video editor for a marketing agency that works with home-service businesses (industries like pest control, renovation, exterior cleaning, and car detailing). You'll cut high-converting short-form ads that run across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

What You'll Do

-Edit short-form video ads for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts

-Cut testimonial, UGC-style, VSL, and promotional content

-Produce YouTube and longer-form videos

-Handle color correction, grading, audio cleanup, mixing, and sound design

-Add captions, motion graphics, and platform-ready final exports

-Match established brand styles and hold consistent quality at volume

Minimum Qualifications

-Proven experience editing marketing or ad content, ideally for businesses or agencies

-Proficiency in a professional editor (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro)

-A strong sense of hooks, pacing, and retention for short-form

-Reliable, organized, and consistent with deadlines

-Your own reliable computer, editing software, and high-speed internet

-Available full-time during US business hours

Nice to Have

-Adobe After Effects and motion graphics ability

-Experience editing paid social ads (Meta, YouTube, TikTok)

-Experience working across multiple brands or clients
