JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for 2 talented Full Stack AI Software Developers to become the founding members of our software development team.

This is not a freelance project or a short-term contract. We're looking for two developers who want to grow with us long-term and help build multiple software companies from the ground up.

You'll work directly with the founder, using modern AI tools to turn ideas into real software. We move fast, solve interesting problems, and build products that people will actually use.

You'll work on a variety of exciting software projects, including:

- OurTime – AI-powered memories, storytelling, and digital legacy platform
- HomeBase – AI-powered home management software
- Gemstone Construction Software
- OWSI CRM
- Customer Portal
- Design Board Software
- Calendar & Scheduling System
- Text Messaging Platform
- Email Platform
- Short Link Platform
- Internal Business Management Software
- Future SaaS products

Rather than being assigned to separate projects, you and another developer will work together as a team across all of our products.

- Design and build full web applications
- Develop both front-end and back-end features
- Build and manage databases
- Create APIs and third-party integrations
- Integrate AI tools such as OpenAI and Anthropic
- Test and debug applications
- Improve existing software
- Review each other's code
- Help plan new features and products
- Work directly with the founder to turn ideas into finished software
