Etsy Print-on-Demand (POD) & Printify Listing Specialist (Long-Term Opportunity)

**We are ONLY looking for someone who is experienced, knowledgeable, and completely comfortable using bulk listing/upload software for Etsy and Printify.**

**This is a REQUIREMENT—not a preference.**

You **must** have experience using at least one of the following bulk uploaders:

* Anywhere POD
* PaloTagz
* PreList

These tools are an essential part of our workflow, and we are specifically looking for someone who can confidently use them to create and publish listings efficiently.

About the Opportunity:

We're building something exciting!

We are a fast-growing Etsy Print-on-Demand business with multiple shops, and we're looking for an experienced Etsy POD Listing Specialist who wants to grow with us long-term.

This isn't just another freelance gig.

We're looking for someone who wants to become a key member of our team—someone who enjoys Etsy, loves researching trends, understands SEO, and wants the opportunity to help build, manage, and eventually oversee multiple successful Etsy shops.

What You'll Do:

Your primary responsibility will be creating high-converting Etsy listings that are optimized for search and designed to sell.

This is a production-focused role—not a graphic design position.

You'll be responsible for:

* Creating SEO-optimized Etsy titles, descriptions, and tags
* Uploading products to Etsy and Printify using bulk listing software
* Creating attractive t-shirt mockups
* Researching trending products, niches, and keywords using tools such as eRank and EverBee
* Organizing design files and mockups
* Following established workflows and maintaining tracking spreadsheets
* Helping improve listing quality, click-through rates, and overall shop performance
* Contributing ideas for new products and trending opportunities

Requirements

We're looking for someone who has:

* Proven experience creating successful Etsy Print-on-Demand listings
* Strong understanding of Etsy SEO and current marketplace trends
* Experience with Printify and Etsy
* **Experience using Anywhere POD, PaloTagz, or PreList (REQUIRED)**
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong written and spoken English
* Ability to work independently while following established systems
* A positive attitude and willingness to grow with the business

Pay & Schedule

* $3.75 USD per hour (plus bonuses)
* 15 hours per week to start
* Monday through Friday (flexible schedule)
* Performance-based bonuses when team goals and productivity targets are met
* Opportunity for additional hours and increased responsibility as we continue to grow

Our goal is to build a long-term team. As our Etsy shops expand, we're looking for someone who can grow into a larger role helping oversee multiple stores.
