JOB OVERVIEW

Schedule: Sunday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM US Eastern (9:00 PM – 7:00 AM PH time) Salary: $600/month to start + a raise after your first month once you're running the desk solo + 13th month pay

We're a growing US junk removal company. Customers book pickups online; we dispatch independent haulers to complete them. Small remote team, fast-paced days, clear processes. You'll train with our current dispatcher and work directly with the owner. Long-term role with a real path to Senior Dispatcher and Manager as we grow.

The Role

You run the day's jobs from start to finish in a fast-moving environment:

Answer inbound calls and texts quickly; quote customers and book jobs
Assign haulers to jobs, approve new hauler applications, and review their documents
Post hauler listings on ---------- and Facebook
Process hauler payouts accurately and on time
Handle reschedules, complaints, and issues; follow up with leads and reach out to business partners
Own the Sunday shift solo, and pitch in on whatever the day needs

Requirements
Experience required: customer service, dispatch, call center, or similar phone-based role
Excellent spoken and written English — you'll be on the phone or texting with US customers and businesses all day
Fast and thrives in a fast-paced environment — juggling calls, texts, and jobs at once without dropping things
Committed to the night shift (PH time) long-term — only apply if this truly fits your life
