Remote Thumbnail Designer (YouTube / Graphic Design) — Work From Home

Love making thumbnails that people can't scroll past? We're hiring a Remote Thumbnail Designer to create bold, high-click-through-rate (CTR) thumbnails that stop the scroll and win the click. Work from anywhere, on a flexible schedule, with clear feedback and real room to grow with us.

We keep it simple and fair: you start with a short PAID trial so we can see your work in action — no unpaid "test tasks," no guesswork. Do great work, and we move you into an ongoing role.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Design eye-catching YouTube thumbnails that boost click-through rate (CTR)
Turn video topics and titles into clear, high-impact visual concepts
Edit and composite images, text, and graphics in Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools
Match and stay consistent with our brand style across every thumbnail
Apply viewer psychology — contrast, emotion, focal points, readable text
Deliver clean files on time and revise quickly based on feedback

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

A portfolio or a few sample thumbnails (a link or attachments — that's the main thing)
Comfort with a design tool such as Photoshop, Canva, Photopea, GIMP, or Figma
A good eye for composition, color, and bold, readable typography
Reliable internet and the ability to hit agreed deadlines
Clear communication and openness to feedback

No degree required. If you can make a great thumbnail, we want to see it.
