Job Title: Virtual Assistant (Full-Time Remote)

Company: Mitru & Partners

Location: Philippines (Remote)

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and highly adaptable Virtual Assistant to support our fast-growing insurance and financial services agency in the United States.

Job Summary:
This is a full-time remote position working on US Eastern Standard Time (EST). You will provide high-level administrative support to our leadership and sales team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
Handle professional email communication and follow-ups
Data entry, lead management, and CRM updates
Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
Provide general administrative and operational support
Assist with special projects as needed

Requirements (Must Meet All):
Excellent English communication skills — both written and spoken (very strong)
Highly proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive, Calendar)
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong computer literacy and quick to learn new systems
Smart, flexible, and highly adaptable — able to handle changing priorities
Reliable with excellent time management and attention to detail
Willing and able to work US Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours
1+ year experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant is a plus
