Are you a creative designer who loves bringing ideas to life? We're growing our network of talented freelance Graphic Designers and are looking for creative individuals who are passionate about apparel, branding, and visual storytelling.

This is a flexible, remote, project-based opportunity where you'll work on exciting apparel and merchandise designs for fraternities, sororities, student organisations, and custom brands. As projects arise, we'll reach out based on business needs, seasonal demand, and your availability.
While there are no guaranteed hours, designers who consistently deliver exceptional work, communicate proactively, and meet deadlines will have the opportunity to become our go-to creative partners for future projects.

What You'll Do

Design original, high-quality graphics for apparel and promotional merchandise, including t-shirts, hoodies, hats, joggers, bags, and more.
Transform client ideas, sketches, and briefs into creative concepts that capture their vision while maintaining strong design standards.
Create professional mockups, customer proofs, and production-ready artwork suitable for printing and manufacturing.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, creativity, and timely delivery.
Stay ahead of apparel, fashion, collegiate, and Greek-life design trends to develop fresh, eye-catching concepts.
Organise and maintain design assets, templates, logos, fonts, and previous project files for efficient workflow.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to refine concepts and ensure designs meet both creative and production requirements.
Communicate your availability clearly and respond promptly when new projects are assigned.
Contribute fresh ideas and creative input to support new products, collections, and special design initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Experience designing for fraternities, sororities, collegiate organisations, or Greek life is highly preferred and will be considered a major advantage.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within apparel, merchandise, fashion, or branding.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (Adobe Creative Suite).
Excellent illustration, vector, typography, and apparel design skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Solid understanding of colour theory, layout, garment decoration methods, and print production requirements.
Ability to create trend-forward designs that resonate with diverse audiences.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset with the ability to incorporate feedback effectively.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
Adaptable, creative, and comfortable working across different design styles and client preferences.
Experience preparing print-ready artwork and production files is highly desirable.
Previous experience in custo ---------- rchandise, apparel production, or brand identity design is a strong plus.
