JOB OVERVIEW

We are a residential cleaning company based in Apex, North Carolina, USA. We serve over 57 recurring residential clients across the Triangle area and we are actively growing. We are hiring a part-time, remote Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to own our digital presence, run our paid ad campaigns, and build out our GHL marketing systems.

This is not a basic social media posting role. We need someone who understands GoHighLevel at a deep level — landing pages, funnels, automations, workflows, and scheduled posting — and who can also run and manage paid ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. If you have done both the creative side and the technical back-end work, and you can show results, we want to hear from you.

What You Will Do

You will manage and grow DJM's presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Google My Business. You will plan and schedule content using GHL, create graphics and short-form videos using Canva and CapCut, and write captions and blog posts that reflect our brand voice. You will build and optimize GHL landing pages, funnels, automations, and workflows that support our lead generation and client communication. You will run and manage paid ad campaigns on Google, Facebook and Instagram, and TikTok — including ad copy, creative, audience targeting, and budget management. You will track performance weekly and report results to ownership with clear numbers: reach, leads generated, cost per lead, and click-through rates.

GoHighLevel Is Not Optional

We run our entire business on GoHighLevel. You need to be comfortable building in GHL — not just posting content through it. This means landing pages, funnel builds, automation sequences, workflow logic, and scheduled social posting. If your GHL experience is limited to basic CRM use, this is not the right role for you. If you have built funnels, automations, and landing pages in GHL before, tell us exactly what you built.

Your Schedule

This is a part-time role, Monday through Friday, 8AM to 12PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). That is 20 hours per week. In the Philippines, this means your working hours will be in the evening. You must be online, available, and actively working during the full 8AM to 12PM EST window every weekday. Please only apply if this schedule works for you consistently — it is not flexible.

What We Need From You

You need proven experience managing social media accounts professionally across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Google My Business. You need hands-on experience running paid ads on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and TikTok Ads Manager — including campaign setup, creative, targeting, and optimization. You need real GHL experience: landing pages, funnels, automations, workflows, and scheduled posting — not just contact management. You need to be able to create content using Canva and video content using CapCut or a similar tool. You need to be comfortable writing blog posts and captions in a professional, brand-consistent voice. You must have a dedicated home workspace, stable and fast internet, a reliable computer, and a headset.
